How do the Shirts fit?
A variety of sizes allows for customers to choose their own fit preferences, but usually our shirts are true to size.
What Is Your Basic Shipping Policy?
MyHopeWear offers standard shipping options to domestic destinations. Most orders placed through our website are shipped within 1-2 business days, unless you have a product in your order that is on back-order, then your order may take up to 2 weeks to ship. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. Please allow tracking numbers 24 hours to update.
Keep in mind that we are not responsible for import costs if you live outside of the USA.

How long until my product is shipped?
Most orders should be shipped within 2 business days. In some cases, it may take up to a week.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover, PayPal, and Amazon Pay
Do you sell wholesale?
If I don't like my shirts, can I return them?
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL & CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
Our policy lasts 35 days. If 36 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please file a return here.
Shipping costs are non-refundable from the original order. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
What do you do with my personal information?
